Subscription Cancellation & Account Termination

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your Atlas Logic subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise specified.
  • No partial refunds are provided.

2. Service Access After Cancellation

Following cancellation:

  • Your account will transition to limited, read-only access for a defined period of 30 days.
  • During this time, you may log in to review and export your data.

3. Data Export Rights

You are responsible for exporting your data before account termination. Atlas Logic provides tools for export within the platform:

  • Compliance reports
  • Audit logs and evidence records
  • System-generated documentation
  • Data is provided in standard, machine-readable formats.

4. Account Deactivation

After the access period ends:

  • Your access to the platform will be fully disabled.
  • API keys and integrations will be revoked.
  • Third-party connections will be terminated.
  • Account deletion will permanently delete all data tied to the account.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Atlas Logic retains customer data for a limited period after termination:

  • Standard retention period: up to 30 days before the account is permanently deleted.
  • Extended retention requests must be submitted before the 30-day expiration date.

After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory obligations that have been submitted prior to the 30-day expiration date.

6. Termination by Atlas Logic

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You fail to pay applicable fees.
  • You violate our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
  • Continued service poses a security or compliance risk.

Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

7. Reactivation

If your account has not yet been permanently deleted, you may request reactivation by:

  • Paying any outstanding balances.
  • Contacting support within the retention period.

8. Compliance & Privacy

Atlas Logic processes and deletes customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. You retain all rights to your data, including:

  • The right to access your data.
  • The right to request deletion.

9. Final Records

Atlas Logic may retain limited records necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Enforce agreements.
