Terms of Service

AtlasLogic.IO

Last updated: March 3, 2026 — Effective immediately

1. What This Is

These are the rules for using Atlas Logic ("we," "us," or "our") software and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you ("you" or "your") agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you're using Atlas Logic for your company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten system security.

4. What You Get

We provide access to our GRC automation platform as described on atlaslogic.io. We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee perfection — software breaks. We'll fix it fast.

5. What You Promise

  • You won't abuse the system (e.g., spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack it).
  • You won't upload illegal, malicious, or other people's data without permission.
  • You're responsible for your inputs and actions in the system.

6. Privacy & Data

We only use your data to run the Service and keep it secure. We don't sell your data. Ever. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

7. Payments (If Applicable)

  • Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled.
  • You'll get an email before renewal.
  • No refunds for partial months — but you can cancel anytime.

8. Intellectual Property

  • We own Atlas Logic (code, design, trademarks).
  • You own your data and configuration.
  • By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

9. Security Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Mandatory Authentication: To maintain the security of the Atlas Logic platform, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all user accounts. Access to the Service is contingent upon compliance with this security requirement.
  • Enforced Identity Providers: Atlas Logic enforces MFA through approved third-party Identity Providers (IdP), specifically Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). By using the Service, you agree to authenticate via one of these supported providers.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your chosen Identity Provider account (Google or Microsoft). This includes managing recovery options, backup codes, and device access associated with your IdP.
  • Limitation of Liability: Atlas Logic is not liable for any loss of access, data, or damage resulting from issues related to your Identity Provider, including but not limited to locked IdP accounts, MFA device failure, loss of credentials, or service outages experienced by Google or Microsoft. Support for MFA recovery must be sought through your respective Identity Provider.
  • Modification of Security Requirements: Atlas Logic reserves the right to update authentication requirements, including supported Identity Providers, at any time to maintain security standards. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't promise it will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

We won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits). Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app alert. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Termination

  • You can stop using Atlas Logic anytime.
  • We may terminate access if you violate these terms or for security reasons.
  • Upon termination, we'll help you export your data for 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
